Mireille Duchesne

Using light as center stage, Mireille Duchesne balances value, texture, color, and spatial relationships in her paintings. Influenced by Chardin, she looks to capture the essence of the objects in her still lifes and the atmosphere and mood in her landscapes. Ms. Duchesne paints with her feelings to demonstrate her joy for life.
